Imagéo and Check-in films were mandated to conduct video projects (17 long films, 34 short testimonies) and photo reports in 8 countries (Cameroon, Egypt, Mauritania, Morocco, RD Congo, Rwanda, Tunisia and Zambia). Imagéo and Check-in films also designed a travelling photo exhibition and a coffee table book.
Imagéo made 12 short films on the trades of the ONF

12 people working in the wood industry were filmed in different parts of France: a lumberjack, an operations technician, a researcher, a sales manager, an expert “tree advisor », a wood-processing workshop manager…
In Laos, Imagéo produced videos and photos on the conservation of the country’s human and natural heritage.

Imagéo was commissioned by the French development agency (AFD) to promote the conservation of Laos’s human and natural heritage, through the production of two video reports and two photo reports.
Imagéo has produced many videos and photos for the fight against polio in West Africa.

Imagéo made the videos and photos of Unicef’s polio campaign in West Africa (Cameroon, Liberia, Niger). 14 video portraits were produced (around 2 minutes each).
A documentary film on the new approaches to urban planning in the Dominican Republic.

This documentary film commissioned by the French development agency (AFD) showcases the ambitious urban planning project implemented in La Barquita, a district of Santo Domingo, the capital city of the Dominican Republic. This “integrated” project, the first of its kind in Central America/the Caribbean, revolutionises the continent’s approaches to urban planning.

The midwives’ fight for life in Africa – Senegal

In Sub-Saharan Africa, one in two women gives birth alone, and nearly 200,000 women die each year from lack of basic care during pregnancy and childbirth. Yet 80% of these deaths could be avoided by midwives.
By showing us this reality, this film helps us understand the crucial role of midwives in Africa. Through the lives of four women, we discover the challenges at the heart of the fight against maternal and infant mortality in Africa.

FÉLIX VIGNÉ : Photographer and film director
Félix founded Imagéo with Tristan in 2006, after studying photography,
geography (at Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Paris) and communications (at Lumière University, Lyon). After working in the audiovisual department of Doctors Without Borders, Félix decided to dedicate his career to visual communication for development.
Over the past 13 years, he has filmed and photographed the world for many international development and humanitarian actors, and supported them in their communications efforts. Now a producer, filmmaker and photographer, Félix offers his field experience and communications expertise through Imagéo.

TRISTAN PARRY : Geographer and film director
After a Master’s degree in Development Geography and Ethnology at
Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Paris 1), Tristan joined the Paris Sorbonne
Geography Institute as a lecturer in filmmaking. He then worked for
“Planète”, a French TV network, and subsequently joined Action Against
Hunger as a program evaluator in Asia. He founded Imagéo with Félix in
2006.
His background and extensive experience in the field now allow Tristan to
guide Imagéo’s clients through the design and management of their
audiovisual communications projects. A producer as well, Tristan has
remained very committed to his two early passions: writing and filming.
